Jordan Dykstra

“Currently residing in Portland, and a violinist/violist since the age of 4, Jordan Dykstra’s work has been featured with such artists as Dirty Projectors, Gus Van Sant, Valet, Adrian Orange, Christina Vantzou, Davis Hooker, and Jared Mees and the Grown Children as well as a number of installations, short films and live performances. Dykstra was vice president of the Portland indie record label Marriage Records for three years, and, in 2008, he founded the Business of Composing for Strings, his compositional studio aimed at making new compositions and arrangements for strings and small ensembles.”
